Complex automation

In 2015 the EcoSoft company executed the project on complex automation of JSC Saratovstroysteklo.

Saratovstroysteklo is the modern plant which is releasing a broad spectrum of products from glass, such as sheet glass, glass the colored in weight, architectural glass, energy efficient glass. Timely to react to changes of market conditions and it is necessary to provide high competitiveness use of modern effective information systems for enterprise management.

Use of a modern technology platform Lexema solves any problems of automation, considering specifics of conducting the primary business activities of the enterprise.

The functionality of the implemented solution covers all spheres of activity of the enterprise:

• financial and accounting
• transactions of bank and cash desk
• production management
• management of a warehouse
• personnel management and payroll
• management of marketing and sale

In addition to standard functionality of a system following features are implemented:

• implementation of finished goods
• management of fixed assets, intangible assets and capital construction
• cost management
• management of supply
• accounting of agreements
• accounting of the credits and loans

• currency accounting

Implementation of CIS Lexema increased quality of accounting, tax accounting and also led to improvement of the following characteristics:

• to quality improvement of controllability by the company
• to reduction of time expenditure on accomplishment of routine work
• to reducing costs for preparation and quality improvement of statistical reporting
• to reduction of time of decision making
• to reduction of risks of penalties from supervisory authorities

Automation of production business processes allowed:

• reduce quantity of errors, influence of a human factor

Implementation of electronic document management increased the speed of passing of operational documentation and to decrease in paper load of divisions. Increased mobility of top management. Integration of all users of a system allowed all services to work in a uniform information and continuous field that leads to more harmonious system operation in general.
