On November 18, 2015 the CFT company announced an implementation project of the rewards program "Yo-Yo" in Toy Store retail network.

Project Tasks

The Yo-Yo program is implemented since 2012.

Toy Store Group set the task - to transfer the Yo-Yo program to the hi-tech platform providing further development of the loyalty program, receiving new opportunities of formation of marketing campaigns and communication options with clients and also maintaining stability and security of the implemented systems.

Project Progress

In four months of the project the complex of technology complex works, including integration with cash software, the back office systems of Toy Store Group, installation of a system in contact center, etc. is executed. Implementation of seamless single-step transition of the rewards program, imperceptible for clients, to the new platform on all retail network "Toy Store" who daily service about 300 thousand buyers was the critical moment when implementing the project. With respect thereto high-quality and continuous customer service within migration on a new technology platform with transfer of all available bonus accounts became one of the most important criteria of success of the implemented project.

Project Results

In 2014 Toy Store Group transferred the program to a technology platform of the Center of Financial Technologies.

With the translation of the Yo-Yo program on a technology platform of CFT it was succeeded to expand significantly functionality of the rewards program, to receive new tools for the analysis of client behavior and targeting of client groups. Implementation of new opportunities of the rewards program in cash software of Toy Store retail network, the innovation mechanisms of identification of clients, use of unusual mechanics of the loyalty program, personalisation of marketing offers, full connection to the Yo-Yo program of Toy Store online store led to involvement in the program of a large number of new participants.

IT tools helped Toy Store Group to manage more effectively customer services, to increase loyalty to a brand, made a contribution to growth of financial performance of business performance.
