2014

In 2014, the State budgetary institution "Republican Clinical Hospital of Emergency Medical Service" (State Budgetary Institution RKBSMP), was renamed into honor of the former chief physician Umar Ilmanovich Hanbiyev - "The person of year 2013" as the brilliant surgeon, the doctor who saved life to thousands to patients and devoted the life to medicine, it received the National public award "The Person of Year — 2013".

Umar Ilmanovich Hanbiyev – was the gentleman of an award of Kadyrov and made a huge contribution to development of health care of the Chechen Republic.

Decree of the Head of ChR – R.A. Kadyrova, State Budgetary Institution RKBSMP purchased the official name of health facilities - State Budgetary Institution RKBSMP im. U. I. Hanbiyeva

State Budgetary Institution RKBSMP im. U. I. Hanbiyeva is multi-profile medical institution for rendering emergency medical service to the population of the Chechen Republic. In this medical institution the main surgical service of all Republic is concentrated. In hospital periodically there take place scientific and practical conferences and educational seminars of Republican society of surgeons. In departments clinical educational departments of medical institute of the Chechen state university function.

State Budgetary Institution RKBSMP im. U. I. Hanbiyeva will unroll the regional center, on rendering the emergency medical care, injured at the road accidents.

Within the federal program, based on State Budgetary Institution RKBSMP im. U. I. Hanbiyeva the Regional Vascular Center in which specialized medical care is provided to the citizens of ChR leaving still on treatment to other regions of Russia for the Hi-tech Medical Care (HTMC) is organized.

2009: Creation of the company

Due to the relevance of a question, about existence in the Republic of the centralized organization for rendering the emergency medical care, the Government decree of the Chechen Republic, in 2009, based on the Public municipal authority "City Clinical Hospital No. 9", created State budgetary institution "Republican Clinical Hospital of Emergency Medical Service".
