RegionSoft Retail

RegionSoft Retail is the automation system of retail sales.

A system provides continuous registration of sales. It is expected the high-loaded self-service shops with the floor space to 3 ^sq.m. RegionSoft Retail allows to register sales of piece goods, self-produced goods, weight goods on factory and internal barcodes (automatically) and by short codes (manually).

RegionSoft Retail is the automated workplace of the cashier. It helps:

• register sales of piece goods using the built-in cash desk or hand scanner of barcodes;
• enter the barcode and register sale manually through the reference book of the nomenclature if the barcode is not read;
• register weight goods using the prikassovy scales which are built in a desktop;
• register the weight goods which are in advance weighed and marked
• process automatic discounts on goods, depending on type of the provided discount card;
• register promotional goods at the special prices;
• prohibit implementation of certain groups of goods on the schedule (for example spirits products)
• register goods from a basket of the buyer even if they are absent on the actual accounting (resort);
• accept cash, or cashless payment via bank terminals;
• print cash and sales receipts.

The administrator of shop using the program can adjust sales in case of the cashier's error, return money to the buyer, enter and withdraw money, open and close cash change, create X/Z-reports, execute transactions with registers.

Architecture

RegionSoft Retail works complete with RegionSoft CRM Professional Plus or above. RegionSoft CRM works as back office, performing control functions by warehouses, the nomenclature, pricing, in the presence in shop of production workshops - production.

RegionSoft Retail supports touch monitors that allows to use the monitors which are built in POS terminals as the cashier's monitor, as well as separate computer devices.

The architecture of RegionSoft Retail allows to use the different equipment for equipment of jobs. For the purpose of economy it is possible to use the normal PC as the terminal, having equipped it with the necessary equipment. For large shops it is possible to use the professional POS equipment. RegionSoft Retail allows to organize point-of-sale terminals by both methods.

RegionSoft Retail allows to implement 2 models of work:

• Small shop. The model means automation of the small self-service shops and shops of countertop type having from one to three cash desks. As back office it is used |RegionSoft CRM Professional Plus or higher edition. Registration of sales is performed directly in RegionSoft CRM base.
• Supermarket. The model is used in average and big self-service shops with the floor space to 3 thousand square meters. For ensuring the increased reliability the architecture means distributed system of work when each cash desk works independently in the local mode, and synchronization of data between cash desks and the central base is periodically performed.

RegionSoft Retail Replicator - special service which is installed on the side of the central server is responsible for synchronization of data. Distinctive feature of such model is the ability to manage the retail networks consisting of tens of remote shops online and also the increased resistance to emergency situations, such as:

• in case of problems in the local area network of shop of cash desk will continue to operate normally;
• in case of absence Internet synchronization of remote shops will be provided after elimination of problems.

RegionSoft Retail will help to automate small grocery stores, including with weight goods, household shops, big supermarkets with own production workshops, drugstores, warehouses with function of retail, a point of issue of goods and also retail networks of all above-stated types.
