The Arkhiv AIS system integrated the necessary for service of users information in the reading room which is contained in archive divisions and the automated information retrieval systems. Implementation allowed library workers to perform monitoring of information needs of users and the held events.

According to representatives of Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the Leader Nation, using the AIS problems of process automation of storage, ensuring safety, completing, accounting and use of documents are solved. It is very important functionality for organization as here unique archive documents, including from a personal collection of the President of the Republic are stored.

Thanks to implementation of automated information system users got remote access to documents from electronic archive. Navigation on it is performed both in Russian, and in Kazakh, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.
