On December 8, 2015 the press service of Minpromtorg announced start in department of uniform access point of employees to up-to-date information, systems, services and knowledge bases. Upgrade of the internal portal was carried out by Runetsoft company.

Sergey Valuyev, the director of the department of information technologies and public relations of Minpromtorg, said:
- Still in Minpromtorg the informational portal automating separate processes of activity was used. Now it was succeeded by more advanced analog expected creation of a common information space and providing to users of the unified technology of the publication of materials and work with information resources. The updated portal will increase efficiency of activity regarding the organization and management of internal collective work, having provided to employees the convenient personified access to corporate data and services.

Project Progress
The project of upgrade of the internal portal, within the government contract, was carried out by Runetsoft company. For work in the project partners created the working group where representatives of department of information technologies and public relations and administrative department of Minpromtorg entered.
Project Results
Updates affected structure of the portal, processes of receiving and data exchange, expansion of functionality of services. For project implementation modern technological solutions are designed, auxiliary business processes are defined and unified, portal models taking into account new corporate style of the ministry are developed.
In borders upgraded the portal the internal reference book, the section on employees is created, the search capability of a personnel by different criteria is added, the testing system of employees with a possibility of instant obtaining results is implemented.
For cost reduction on the organization of the working day, the functionality of sections Calendars and Services is expanded, Personal account is improved. Information exchange time between employees within the working groups is reduced. The electronic card of trips of employees of department is developed for exchange of useful information and impressions.
For adaptation and comfortable inclusion in collective on the portal the electronic calendar of adaptation seminars in the different directions and subjects which are regularly carried out by Minpromtorg for new colleagues is organized. Those who is interested in professional development and training can register via the portal in participation in corporate educational programs.
It is supposed that as a result of start of the hi-tech portal integration and structure of information systems of department, operational data exchange between divisions will improve and the efficiency of workflows will increase.
