Akustik Group LLC, the creator of unique domestic technologies of sound insulation of premises, selected the THESIS system for process automation of work with documents from legal department.
Akustik Group since 1999 is a developer of the innovation systems and materials for shumo-and vibration insulations. The company owns patents for a product, unique on acoustic characteristics, under the name "ZIPS panel system" and also on some other noise-insulating materials. Specialists of Akustik Group worked on projects of reconstruction of the Bolshoi Theatre, Moscow conservatory of P.I. Tchaikovsky, Theatre of the Nations, the Palace of the Republic (Almaty) and many other buildings.
When before the company there was an issue of workflow automation, a number of solutions of domestic suppliers was considered. The THESIS system was selected by the staff of legal department of the company at the initiative of whom the agreement was signed with Haulmont company. For automation of their work the company purchased the Standard editorial office EDMS THESIS. System implementation successfully came to the end in September, 2015.
