Control IT LLC, the engineering company conducting activity in the field of communication and telecommunications automated document flow by means of the THESIS system.
The Control IT company which is based in the city of Khimki situated near Moscow made the decision on automation of workflow processes at the end of summer of 2015. For automation EDMS THESIS from Haulmont company was selected. The agreement on implementation of EDMS was signed in August, 2015.
The customer preferred the Standard edition of the THESIS system containing functionality for automation of classical document flow and control of performing discipline and also a possibility of automation of specific processes using the designer of processes. Mobile version of the THESIS system was in addition purchased.
The specialist of department of implementation Haulmont made departure in office of the company in Moscow area and conducted training courses on work with the program for the administrator and employees. Now a system is successfully updated to version 4.1 and accustoms the management and clerks of the company.
