Repair and construction management (TEZIS)

The document management system and tasks of TEZIS is successfully implemented in the Samara company Repair and Construction Management LLC which is engaged in production of construction materials.

RSU LLC specializes in production of products from concrete, plaster and cement in Samara. Having appeared before workflow automation perspective, representatives of the company became interested in a possibility of implementation of EDMS THESIS as they already observed its work in other organization. At the end of July, 2015 the meeting of customer representatives with specialists of Haulmont company and the system presentation took place. Based on demonstration representatives of RSU LLC received a positive impression about EDMS opportunities.

Automation of the most basic processes connected with documentary ensuring business therefore for implementation Basic edition of the THESIS system was selected was required for the company. A system was put into operation at the end of August, 2015.
