The private joint stock bank "Oriyent Finance" implemented in 2015 the Russian system of a video conferencing TrueConf Server for the organization of communication between employees. Video conference integrated seven bank branches with the main office in Tashkent, allowed to reduce costs on business trips and to accelerate process of acceptance of strategic decisions.

ChAKB "Oriyent Finance" is founded in 2010. In bank more than 500 people who service 1.5 thousand enterprises and 44 thousand individuals work. Its structure includes six branches in Tashkent and one in Samarkand.

Due to the increase in number of clients and great demand for services of bank, the management of Oriyent Finance had a need to replace corporate assets of communication with the system of the joint communications available to all employees in geographically distributed branches.

'E-mail, the different systems of sending messages, classical telephone communication and other tools not always allow to provide the necessary level of communication — Marinov Timofey, the director of the department of information technologies comments. — So, the geographically distributed structure of head office of bank and existence of branches in the regional centers create additional difficulties at the organization even of standard meetings'.

The system of the joint communications had to be integrated with the existing IP telephony of bank, work in the closed corporate network with a possibility of support of mobile devices of the remote workers who are outside offices.

Thanks to TrueConf all employees of the bank reside in touch with each other. Due to support of all popular platforms managers quickly contact the management and colleagues and also are present at the presentations of new projects, even being outside office. Using the server of video conference the training trainings are provided, and integration with the IP telephony system of bank gives the chance to use already available equipment for development of a system of communications in the company which central point is TrueConf Server.
