The corporate block of Vozrozhdeniye bank began work in Microsoft Dynamics CRM

December 04, 2015. The corporate block of Vozrozhdeniye bank announced[1] the beginning of work in a CRM system based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The project on deployment of a new CRM system in bank was implemented together with Navicon system integrator.

As noted, the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system was already used in bank in the retail block earlier. The same system was selected also for corporate business for creation of sales process and for process automation of corporate crediting.

Today in all bank departments Renaissance sales of products to corporate clients based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM are conducted. In six Moscow region bank departments a system is used for automation of process of corporate crediting. During the first half of the year 2016 all territorial bank departments will be connected to the automated credit process in CRM.

Along with optimization of sales, decrease in an operational risk and implementation of additional resources of control of decision making on credit deals, observance of all regulations of credit process, compliance of conditions of the signed agreements to earlier approved solutions became one of key tasks of the IT project for bank, told in Renaissance.

"In bank a common information space for interaction with corporate clients is constructed. All work with acting and potential clients of bank (the organization and monitoring of sales, decision making, motivation for results, data storage, etc.) is conducted using a system based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM now. Sales process is implemented from initial contact with the client before decision-making according to the transaction and formations of business solution — Alexey Ivanov, the CIO of Vozrozhdeniye bank told. — CRM is integrated with key bank modules: the accounting system, storage of the file of the client, base of relevant financial performance and also performs requests for identification of the client in external and internal data sources (SPARK, BKI, black lists). All up-to-date information about the client accumulates in 'single window'".
"Sales process to corporate clients and process of corporate crediting which we automated during the project — some of the most difficult processes in the bank industry. Implementation of such project not only is interesting and large-scale for us, but also demanded all qualification and responsibility from a command" — Mikhail Ponomarev, the Head of Department of bank CRM solutions of Navicon company said.
