AXELOT implemented the 1C: Holding Management system in PONY EXPRESS

December 07, 2015. The AXELOT company announced implementation in PONY EXPRESS the 1C: Holding Management system, the large logistic operator optimizing business process management.

At the end of 2014, within strategy implementation of works, PONY EXPRESS in cooperation with AXELOT company implemented the 1C: WMS system which provided opportunities for effective management of assets of a new warehouse of the company in Moscow area.

Choosing a Solution

Implementation of the 1C: Holding Management software product became continuation of cooperation of AXELOT and PONY EXPRESS. The system used in the company earlier based on "1C: Accounting" was encumbered with numerous independently modifed reports and documents and did not meet relevant business needs: numerous completions were not systematized that considerably reduced system performance. A system which would allow to plan budgets of the enterprise in a uniform circuit with accounting, treasury and the management reporting was required for the company. The 1C: Holding Management software product fully met all these requirements.

Project Progress

During implementation "1C: Holding Management" audit of the current system was booked and the platform for transition to the 1C: Accounting 3.0 CORP configuration is prepared, data transfer in a configuration on different accounting blocks is made. In the block of Treasury processes of approval of requests for payment, formations of requests for redistribution of the budget, the register of payments and the reporting on the basis of data of DDS were automated and also the control system of limits is implemented. "1C: Holding Management" it was also integrated with a number of the accounting systems used in PONY EXPRESS.

Result

The implemented system gave ample opportunities on management of finance of the company, implementation of planning and control of resources of the enterprise; the new technique of treasurer accounting allowing to manage effectively money was implemented.

After implementation "1C: Holding Management" in PONY EXPRESS control of the budget of cash flow (BCF) is exercised, reports on collecting of reports of an income and expense budget (Income and expenditure budget) and BDDS by the organizations are implemented, weekly planning of cash flow in the company is conducted. All non-standard reports connected with specifics of management accounting of logistic activity are also implemented. Since system launch in commercial operation all regulated accounting is kept in the 1C: Holding Management system, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.
