"ELAR" delivered the planetary Elarskan scanner "A2-400" in the Main library of BGTU "MILITARY MECHANICAL INSTITUTE"

December 8, 2015. ELAR corporation announced delivery of the planetary Elarskan scanner of "A2-400" to the Main library of the Baltic state technical university "MILITARY MECHANICAL INSTITUTE" of D.F. Ustinov. On the equipment different documents of university will be scanned.

According to representatives of library, the scanner is purchased for the purpose of preserving of the valuable and often used documents, expansion of access for students and teachers to training and scientific materials, reduction of the areas of storage. Elarskan "A2-400" assume to use as for transfer to an electronic form of rare and especially valuable editions from library stock, and for scanning of materials of departments and other divisions of university. A2 format allowed to transfer to an electronic form not only large-format books, albums and newspapers, but also drawings, schemes, posters, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.
