The Ministry of Industry and Trade continued implementation of the AIS PU

On December 1, 2015 it became known of the project of creation of automated information system of project management by request of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. Implementation of mechanisms of project management - one of important tasks for Minpromtorg.

The solution is based on the Russian software and designed to provide implementation of project activity, including strategic management at the level of state programs.

The AIS PU is aimed at full-scale monitoring of programs and projects which curator is the ministry. In it information on more than 1600 projects which execute about 500 industrial enterprises and the organizations is processed.

Project Tasks

The automated system of project management is focused on increase in efficiency of activity Ministry of Industry and Trade Russia regarding support, maintenance and the projects implementation directed including on import substitution, increase in export, technology development of production, creation and upgrade of high-performance jobs and development of industrial infrastructure (industrial parks, technoparks, the centers of industrial design and engineering).

Users of the created system in addition to the management and the staff of the ministry - the industrial enterprises performing own investment projects, federal executive authorities, banks, institutional investors and other financial institutions participating in financing of investment projects of industrial enterprises and projects for development of industrial infrastructure.

Project Progress

A system created Inline-Technologies system integrator with involvement of developer company of LM-Soft. The AIS PU is created on the platform of a 1C system using the open source and the software of own development.

According to Sergey Valuyev, the director of the department of information technologies and public relations of Minpromtorg, the created system of project management not only will increase efficiency of activity of staff of the ministry, but will allow to organize effective interaction with participants of industrial projects from industrial enterprises, public authorities and institutes of development, financial institutions. The AIS PU works by the principle of "single window" with the maximum use of technologies of electronic document management.

At system development were considered, first of all:

• industry standards,
• resolutions and orders of the government,
• decrees of the president and orders of the Minister of Industry and Trade,
• and also the best domestic and foreign practices.

For the AIS PU more than 600 components are designed, more than 20 thousand reference books, dictionaries and qualifiers are loaded. Within further works on development of the AIS PU integration of a system as one of subsystems of the State information system of the industry created now by Minpromtorg of Russia is planned.
