Russian "murderer" of MS Office had the first buyer

The largest dealer of Volvo in the Northwestern Federal District -Swed-Mobil - purchased the software licenses "MyOffice", reported TAdviser in December, 2015 in the New cloud technologies company developing these applications. According to representatives of the company, this project - the first commercial implementation of the MyOffice software products.

Swed-Mobil will use a packet of "MyOffice Professional" - it is set of editors for work with documents on all platforms, corporate server solutions for safe document storage, the mail server, the joint work server over documents in all popular browsers and a set of full-function applications for mobile devices under OS Android and iOS.

New cloud technologies told TAdviser that pilot use of "MyOffice" in Swed-Mobil began at the end of September, 2015, the company made the decision on its purchase in December. Since February, 2016 its implementation will begin. The first managers who create a number of business documents and also administrative personnel - in total about 50 employees will begin to work with the Russian applications. Later the license can be expanded on all 300 employees of the company.

Using "MyOffice" in Swed-Mobil will process all document types, including a design of sales informations and to transactions with clients, speak in New cloud technologies.

Will use "MyOffice" Swed-Mobil according to the perpetual license. Its cost the developer is not disclosed. Earlier in New cloud technologies reported the prices of a standard packet - for commercial customers upon purchase less than 300 licenses it makes 8020 rubles a year apiece, at acquisition more than 300 licenses - 7050.

Sale of the perpetual license on the program according to model of sales of New cloud technologies is performed through the High-tech solutions system integrator (VTR) with assistance of which product introduction will be conducted.

By "MyOffice" it will be unrolled in a private cloud of Swed-Mobil on its infrastructure. The companies employees on the devices working running OS will be able to use the program Windows OS X Linux Android, iOS or Tizen.

Earlier for document handling the staff of the company used free office applications with the open code. Saying about whether Swed-Mobil will refuse them completely with implementation of new office program, New cloud technologies note that the company has a big request for access to documents via mobile devices therefore use of "MyOffice" will be preferable.
