Project Tasks
In 2013 in the company need for implementation of managerial and production accounting ripened. The decision that one of modern configurations of programs of the 1C:Enterprise 8 family will be implemented was accepted after the detailed analysis of the similar software packages existing in the market. Using specialists of Synergo company who prepared the technical overview of different software packages the choice of company management stopped on industry solution "1C: Mining industry. Management of a pit", intended for complex automation of the enterprises of the mining industry performing mineral extraction by an open method.
For implementation of execution of assigned tasks the Synergo company which has wide experience of implementation of software products based on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management configuration at the mining enterprises and is, together with 1C Company, the developer of this software package was selected.
Earlier accountant officers and personnel department of the Yuzhnaya Coal company kept account in the 1C: Accounting 7.7 and 1C: Payroll and personnel 7.7 programs respectively, and calculation of the price-work salary to the personnel working at a factory was performed by means of spreadsheets.
Project Steps
At the first stage specialists of Synergo company conducted a research of the enterprise and prepared the "Report on a research" fixing requirements for setup and completion of the software product "1C: Mining industry. Management of a pit", developed technical specifications on implementation of subsystems of operational accounting of mining, personnel records, payroll, accounting and tax accounting, approved the project budget, the diagram and terms of execution of works.
During implementation of the software product "1C: Mining industry. Management of a pit" in compliance with the approved plans all requirements for automation were implemented.
The automation system covered the following subsystems:
- Personnel records;
- Time recording of employees and equipment;
- Payroll;
- Operational accounting of mining;
- Operational accounting of stocks and processing of products.
Specialists executed implementation of the software product in four months, 8 jobs were during this time automated.
Project Effect
As a result the staff of JSC Yuzhnaya Coal Company had following features of process automation:
- create price-work dresses on the basis of data of operational accounting of mining;
- make payroll on the basis of technology transactions of mining with analytics on the equipment;
- prepare the operational and industry reporting.
Payroll specialists through "1C: Mining industry. Management of a pit" have now an opportunity to conduct calculation of awards for execution of works on the equipment on the basis of the employees given about a worked time and indicators of production of mining operations, to distribute costs on the salary on pieces of equipment, to enter permanent charges and deduction according to the list of employees.
Summing up an overall total value of an implementation project in JSC Yuzhnaya Coal Company it should be noted that the error at products cost accounting is minimized, labor costs at salary accrual decreased to personnel, the normative reference information is provided according to the regulated documents accepted at the time of implementation.
