RDTECH: System of the motivational reporting

The system of the motivational reporting - the product is intended for calculation of KPI and bonuses in banks and financial institutions.

The system of the motivational reporting consists of two interconnected and complementary blocks: KPI block and block of bonuses.

The KPI block allows to create automatically the KPI cards on branches/offices of regional network of bank and divisions of head office of bank. The KPI cards form by categories of personnel and allow to calculate coefficients of awarding of personnel finally.

For ensuring flexible configuration of the KPI cards in a system the specialized tools allowing are used:

• integrate the diverse indicators characterizing work of this or that division of bank in one card;
• set weight to the indicators entering a card;
• configure thresholds of range of permissible values for each KPI.

Formulas and filters for calculation of each KPI are set using the visual designer.

The block of awarding helps to calculate the awards on employees directed to increase in motivation on sales of banking products and services. In the block under each article of awarding the rate and base are configured (for example, it can be the number of the credit cards sold by the employee, value of the commission from sale of an insurance, net inflow in deposits, service package cost, etc.).

Under each article of awarding in a system additional conditions depending on which accomplishment the final amount of a bonus to payment can be corrected are set.

In software development tools from Oracle - Scorecard and Strategy Management (OSSM) are used (is a part of Oracle BI EE and Oracle Data Integrator.
