On December 1, 2015 the RDTECH company announced creation by request of Tatfondbank of a system of the motivational reporting intended for calculation of KPI and bonuses.

Project Progress

The project on development of the system of the motivational reporting on the platform of the corporate data warehouse (CDW) began in June, 2015. By the beginning of the project on the KHD platform were implemented:

  • system of the management reporting,
  • reporting system of investment business,
  • budgeting system and financial planning,
  • Analytical CRM system.

System implementation of the motivational reporting is executed for the purpose of automatic formation of the KPI cards on divisions of bank and calculation bonus on the employees participating in sales process of banking products and services.

Project Results

Gulnara Mustafayeva, the director of the department of development of network of Tatfondbank, noted:

- The KPI block in the system of the motivational reporting, first of all, promoted reduction of manual work in analytical divisions of bank as before the KPI card formed manually in Excel. Using the bonusirovaniye block we could transfer the staff of all divisions of the front office to the personified motivation which promotes sales promotion of banking products and services more effectively. This project is very important for us as its results are a link between the reporting as such and management processes in bank.

Victor Susoykin, the director of consulting RDTECH, told:

- The main flow of the input information necessary for automatic formation of the KPI cards arrives from a budgeting system (plans) and the systems of the management reporting (facts) which were implemented earlier by us in Tatfondbank. Therefore the system of the motivational reporting functionally added the KHD complex, having provided analytical support of all managerial circuit. It is also important to emphasize that thanks to daily data-refresh in the system of division of bank have an opportunity practically in the online mode to monitor accomplishment of the KPI, and employees – to understand what bonuses they can expect.
