Archimedes expanded product assortment thanks to installation full-color with the Xerox Versant 80 PRO CFM 

December 10, 2015. The Archimedes company reported about installations full-color the Xerox Versant 80 Pro CFM . Thanks to installation the salon of operational polygraphy brought printing quality to new level, reduced cost value of a print and expanded product assortment. Installation was executed by the partner of Xerox — Alfatekh plus company.

With the purpose to increase the share in the market, to increase performance and to reduce cost value of printing the Archimedes company purchased full-color the CFM . A choice was made for benefit of Xerox Versant 80 Pro. This machine attracted representatives of the company first of all with high speed (to 80 pages per minute) and printing quality, full support of designer cardboard and other special materials, uniform drawing fillings and gradients.

Xerox Versant 80 Pro supports duplex printing on materials with a density up to 300 g/m2, including plastics and the textured paper. The machine differs in the increased reliability and maintains the maximum load to 460,000 pages a month. Thanks to permission of printing of 2400×2400 dpi and permission of rasterization of 1200×1200 dpi with depth of colors of 10 bits of Xerox Versant 80 Pro perfectly reproduces the most difficult tone transitions, at the same time saves the maximum quantity of fine details in the diagram and the text, providing steadily high quality of printing which is not conceding to offset. At the same time in the PRO configuration the machine has more powerful controller, than in a standard configuration.

The machine is equipped with a packet of the Simple Image Quality Adjustment (SIQA) tools which provides coincidence tuning of data of the person with turnover and also regulates uniformity of density of filling according to the sheet and transfer currents.

Despite existence of other full-color equipment, the company places the most part of orders for Xerox Versant 80 Pro. Redistribution of loading for benefit of the new machine, more productive and modern, made printing better and economic. Product assortment extended, and the Archimedes company began to use more actively synthetic paper of Xerox Premium NeverTear and Xerox DuraPaper, designer cardboard and other special materials.
