Zakamensk company plans double increase in processing of waste of tungsten production in a tungsten concentrate which is used in different industries. Creation of the trial line of processing technogenic tungsten - the containing waste using the domestic equipment is for this purpose planned.

Among key advantages of the developed industrial technology there is a decrease in energy consumption to 80%, reduction of operating costs and increase in extraction up to 70% of the useful components which are contained in initial material.

Tungsten concentrate – an industrial product which is used as directly in metallurgy, and for further production of the tungsten products which are widely applied in the different industries: in pure form – in electronics (glow lamps, cathode ray tubes), the aerospace industry (turbocompressor jet engines), metallurgy (special aviation became) and also in other spheres connected with heating and welding. Carbide of tungsten is used in production of special alloys, wearproof abrasives (material for grinding) and the fast-cutting tool, "tungsten bronze" - at production of paints. Oxides of tungsten are applied when using glaze to ceramics, tungstates of calcium and magnesium – in luminescent lighting instruments.

Project implementation will allow to receive the product exceeding standards of the existing brands on many characteristics that will increase production efficiency from it at stages of further repartitions of a paratungstate of ammonium and ferro-tungsten.

Project cost of 848.9 million rubles of which the loan of Fund of development of the industry can make 340 million rubles and 152.9 million rubles are already invested by the company at the previous stage of development of the project.
