December 11, 2015. The regional Technical Center for automatic telephone exchange of Panasonic - the STC of Galex company organized[1] a single system of telephone communication for the Biysk boiler plant.

After reconstruction office, production and warehouse of the plant there was a need of the organization of the provided telephone connection jobs. The existing automatic telephone exchange became outdated and did not meet the requirements of the enterprise any more. Therefore the decision to replace the communication system with new more modern solution which would integrate all premises of the plant in uniform number space was made.

Having analyzed possible options of project implementation and the offer from different vendors a choice was made for benefit of solutions of Panasonic.

As a central exchange IP the Panasonic KX-NS1000RU platform is set. It integrates in itself all advantages of the IP telephony and a possibility of expansion of functionality due to integration hardware and the software. One of key advantages of this IP platform is availability of connection of models of the previous line of automatic telephone exchange of Panasonic to it for expansion of capacity and use of traditional telephony.

For installation of telephones administrative, production and warehouse as carrying out the KX-NS500RU platforms allowing to connect the telephone sets existing at the plant are set. For leadership team and remote subscribers the IP Panasonic phones were used.

Microcellular communication in the territory of the plant is organized by means of base stations of KX-NS0154. After system implementation which general capacity was about 400 subscribers employees got access both to internal corporate network, and to external communication lines. It allowed to increase efficiency of communication and the solution of working questions. If necessary the implemented system allows to carry out teleconferences of employees.

Microcellular communication (DECT) and mobile integration into phones of all operators allowed employees to stay always in touch, and for this purpose they do not need to reside at stationary phone.

The built-in voice mail and also CTI allow to define a-application of Communication Assistant easily which of employees is on site and to select the best method for communication at any time.

Centralized operation by the deployed communication system considerably facilitated daily work of the personnel servicing automatic telephone exchange.
