Phaeton DC (Open Source HH.WMS (OHE.WMS))

Start in operation of the distributive center under control of OHE.WMS is the next stage of improvement of quality of work and the rendered services to the clients by Phaeton DC company.

The implementation project of the warehouse management system OHE.WMS is executed in several stages:

• 1 stage. development of the project documentation and technical specifications;
• The 2nd stage. adaptation and setup of all processes in OHE.WMS on the basis of technical specifications;
• The 3rd stage. Preparation for start.

o the software installation on an object of the Customer and setup of the equipment; o training in work in the system of key users of a system and the warehouse employees; o test start of a system;

• The 4th stage. Start of a system in operation in the selected warehouse zone
• The 5th stage. Remote designer's service.

Within the project of automation special attention is paid:

• to work with the range of goods with mezzanine and rack storage of the wide range of auto parts and lubricants;
• to management of operation of the loading equipment in a warehouse;
• to work with transactions of acceptance on cargo-places with temporary storage of cargo-places in a buffer zone and moving to detailed acceptance;
• to work with transactions of cross docking with sorting of orders on acceptance by 'one scan' of ready cargo-places of orders from one cargo module and sorting of orders on acceptance with detailing;
• to work with group to selections of orders of shipment;
• distribution control by a task to employees of a warehouse with grouping of tasks in lists on zones, groups of goods, the optimal number of the nomenclature for selection in standard a container;
• to work with different options of verification of orders: one in one, with repacking and sorting, with selection of a set of orders in one shipping module, with formation of shipping modules from cargo-places of different orders;
• to work with orders of shipment with delivery types: shipment at own expense, express, planned. To work with Runs.
• integration with a 1C system 8 based on a web of services. The full range of integration of the OHE.WMS and 1S system will be carried out: loading of the reference book of goods, loading of the reference book of partners, loading of orders for arrival, an expense and runs, loading of inventory programs, loading of works orders on linoleum cutting, unloading of status files with confirmation of loading of documents from 1C in WMS, unloading of the statuses of change of receipt and account orders, unloading of results of acceptance and shipment of orders, unloading of results of inventory adjustment and carrying out tasks of inventory.
