The Tanais company, the certified partner of Directum, completed implementation of the cloud ECM solution DirectumRX in Aforra Development group
Aforra Development renders a full range of services of architectural design of residential and public buildings: from development of the concept of development of the territory and a binding of objects to the available infrastructure before construction, finishing and a complete set of "turnkey" objects. In the company large volumes of project and contractual documentation are processed.
Paper document flow together with a difficult organization structure of the enterprise slowed down processes of preparation and approval of documents, did not allow employees to make decisions quickly. Aforra Development was necessary the system which is not tied to physical servers at office and not requiring additional expenses on the equipment and service.
On a response of the customer, for benefit of DirectumRX played: available cost; a possibility of increase in volume of the stored documents due to purchase of an extra space; flexible and intuitive instrument of adaptation of a system; user-friendly and friendly interface. In addition, the company management was attracted by a possibility of further development of a system without its "weighting". "DirectumRX is the universal ECM solution which allows to close a big circle of tasks in the field of automation of business processes. For Aforra Development group within limited terms of the project we created a full-fledged electronic document management system and interactions based on DirectumRX both for automation of a contracted work, and for the solution of narrow tasks in the field of personnel management — the project manager of Tanais company Alexey Pesterev said. — For us it is excellent experience of implementation in the non-standard field of business".
As a result of implementation in Aforra Development processes of a contracted work, office-work, personnel management were automated. Within standard functionality in electronic form approval of invoices for payment is conducted. The cloud computing architecture of DirectumRX allows to use a system from any place at any time, and mobile application for work with documents and tasks of Directum Jazz supplements it, told in the company. In further Aforra Development is going to upgrade to the version of DirectumRX 2.3, to connect additional users and to automate other business processes.
