GTSAKHITO of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation (1C: Ware allowance)

The AVRO-BUS company completed the project of automation of accounting of regimentals in the Main Center for Administrative and Transport Support (GTSAKHITO) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation using the program "1C: Ware allowance". One of the GTSAKHITO functions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation is issue and accounting of regimentals to staff of bodies of internal affairs. Operations on issue of regimentals and an inventory control of regimentals to system implementation were conducted manually. However in connection with growth of amount of works the decision to automate this section of activity was made.

Since 2006 the company uses the "1C: Accounting for budgetary institutions" program therefore automation of a prophetic allowance is decided to be carried out using the same platform.

As a result of implementation an inventory control of regimentals, accounting of the issued regimentals, accounting of regulations of regimentals, calculation of compensation for not issued regimentals, accounting of transactions at custom tailoring of regimentals, accounting of debt of the employee when the delivery note is issued to it is automated, but on it the regimentals are not received. Besides, data exchange between a warehouse and the center of economic providing is configured.
