"The first BIT" helped to accelerate twice payroll calculation "GTSAKHITO of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation"

The First BIT company, integrator of IT solutions for accounting and management, successfully completed the project on replacement of the software "1C: Payroll calculation in budgetary institutions 7.7" on "1C: Payroll and a budget institution staff 8.2". Federal state institution "Main Center for Administrative and Transport Support of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation" acted as the project orderer.

The need for a software update ripened in Federal State Institution "GTSAKHITO of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation" long ago. It was necessary to accelerate payroll calculation and also to create reports with detailed interpretation. Possibilities of flexible configuration of reports and data analysis were required. As an optimal solution specialists of office on Semenovsky company "The First BIT" offered the "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8.2" software product.

In the updated software there are all regulated reports necessary for organization with a possibility of flexible configuration and also grouping of design data by required parameters. Unloading of the received reports allows to transfer information on electronic means of communication quickly. Mechanisms of check of calculation of insurance premiums and the PIT help to exclude emergence of intermittent errors. Separate types of calculations, including calculation of charges, deduction, the PIT and insurance premiums, were finished on the customer's wishes. Payroll calculation time to the employees decreased twice.
