Within the agreement the macroregional branch "Yugo-Vostok" of TransTeleCom Company (TransTeleCom Southeast), provided to the center uniform multichannel number in format 8-800-775-XX-XX for the organization of round-the-clock "hot line" for patients. The connected number is not tied to a certain address and does not require installation of the additional hardware. Calls from stationary and mobile phones from any point of Russia on number 8-800 are free for the calling party.

"We offer this service to the subscribers the fourth year and during this time could be convinced that it enjoys wide popularity at the companies and organizations interested in effective processing of a large number of incoming calls. Today about 100 organizations of different level of business in the Central Chernozem region use service "8-800" from a TTK", - the associate director of macroregional branch "Yugo-Vostok" TransTeleCom - the head of the Trunk block Alexander Belov noted.
