By FC Otkritie it was connected to the system of electronic factoring FactorEx

The Opening Finance Corporation bank and provider of electronic document management E-COM signed the agreement on providing service of factoring financing of deliveries at the beginning of 2016.

The service is provided within the FactorEx system of E-COM company which using technology of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) allows to automate process of verification and a concession of monetary claims for financing of deliveries on the terms of a delay in a linking of Debitor-Faktor-Postavshchik.

Electronic document management allows to simplify process of verification of deliveries using EDI messages or the electronic invoice, - notes. - Automation of all scheme of interaction between the debtor, a factor and the supplier will lower operational load of the staff of financial company and will increase data processing rate. According to the FactorEx project manager of E-COM company Anton Shevchenko, a system is at a stage of MVP (minimum viable product), a set of key positions which are most demanded by the market forms.

In development FactorEx will become the universal solution and will be available to all participants of process without exception: retail chain stores, factoring companies, distributors, production companies and e-document flow providers. It is an important option within similar functionality as in certain cases interaction of participants of the transaction is limited to only one retail chain stores. And in this case suppliers with factoring companies should work at the fixed conditions which are not always transparent.

For work on electronic factoring it is possible to select any retail chain stores from a system and a factor. This invariable quality of FactorEx which was put at basic level of functionality of all service. Exactly thanks to it it is possible to construct convenient and clear contractual construction for delivery financing.
