Biography

Svetlana was born on July 29, 1958 in the village Bechencha of Lensky District Yakut the ASSR.

From 1975 to 1976 worked in state farm Lensk the MCX YAASSR.

In 1976 and for 1981 studied at the Novosibirsk agricultural institute.

From 1981 to 1982 worked as the senior livestock specialist of state farm Nyuysky.

In 1982 worked as the released secretary of the Lensk RK All-Union Leninist Young Communist League, for 1984.

From 1984 to 1990 worked as the chairman of executive committee of Bechenchinsky village council of People's Deputies.

From 1990 to 1992 held a position of the technologist of Verkhnekolymsky interdistrict agricultural firm "Zyryanskaya" of Sever agrarian and industrial Complex.

In 1992 became the secretary of the commission on affairs of minors of Administration of Verkhnekolymsky district. Worked for 1994.

From 1994 to 2000 - the head of the organizational department of Administration of Mirninsky district.

In 1997 underwent professional retrainings in Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation according to the "Public and Municipal Administration" program.

From 2000 to 2003 - the assistant to the deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on constituency No. 20 Basygysov V.N.
