On December 14, 2015 it became known of completion of tender on design of reserve DPC of MUEC and a victory of ESS company in it. The cost of the contract ~ 97 million rub[1].
Biddings for the contract
The Moscow United Energy Company (MUEC) published tender results on design of the capital reserve DPC: the starting price of lot is exposed at the level of 97.73 million rubles.
Four applicants took part in the tender:
- PB № 1 LLC asked 94.24 million rubles for the services,
- Eysiz LLC — 97.14 million rubles,
- Integris — V.S. LLC — 97.63 million rubles,
- JSC ESS — 96.75 million rubles.
"ESS" is recognized by the winner.
Till February 6, 2016 the company should prepare the project and work documentation, on their basis - the estimate of future engineering works on creation of DPC.
The DPC will be built on Pererva St., in house 73, p. 2.
The direct customer of works - child structure of MUEC — "MUEC project".
High-speed collecting of requests
According to experts, the fact is represented interesting - the customer placed the notification on request for proposals on the Internet on December 2, 2015, and on December 9, 2015 officially completed collecting of requests from applicants.
Properties of DPC
According to the technical project on the website of state procurements, DPC it will be mounted in the operating two-storeyed building. The area of a designed structure is about 2 thousand m ².
In the center there will be technology, office also auxiliary zones (rooms of protection, electricians, warehouses and so forth). In capital reserve DPC of MUEC it is going to place not less than 100 server racks with a settlement weight of 1.5 t everyone.
The maximum electric power of consumption of one rack is set at the level of 15 kW, average — 5 kW. On the basis of it in MUEC consider - general consumption of the IT equipment of the machine hall will not exceed 750 kW, and total consumption of all systems in 1100 kW.
The term of life of DPC should be not less than 20 years, the level of reliability to conform to the Tier III standard.
