The first stage Directum in the Sakhalin Oil and Gas Technologies engineering company is completed

The first stage of implementation ECM systems DIRECTUM in the engineering company SNGT LLC is completed. Already today employees work with correspondence, contractual and administrative documents, invoices for payment only in a system.

Earlier document flow of SNGT LLC was conducted in paper form. The lack of the single database, the mechanism of tracking of performing discipline and "manual" document retrieval complicated internal processes of the company, reduced their transparency and controllability. To exclude these problems, the management decided to implement an electronic document management system.

From all products presented at the market, the company selected the DIRECTUM ECM system. Availability in it of ready-made solutions for specific business challenges became the main argument. Using DIRECTUM it was expected to organize the structured archive of documents, to reduce time for creation, approval and document retrieval, to increase the level of performing discipline and transparency of processes.

The implementation team implemented the first stage of the project in the shortest possible time – 7 weeks. Today in the company based on DIRECTUM are automated:

• registration of the entering and outgoing correspondence;
• sending and execution of instructions;
• registration and approval of orders;
• work with invoices for payment on projects and business activities;
• contracted work;
• approval of business trips and orders on business trips.

The route at which the staff of office registers the document is developed for registration of confidential documentation without seeing its contents.

Using integration from DIRECTUM into the accounting system "1C: Enterprise" is made synchronization of data on partners for maintaining the unified register in both systems.
