December 16, 2015. The integrator of IT solutions for accounting and management First BIT announced end of the first stage of the project on automation of sales of Maslo-Del company.
Project Progress
BIT formed a basis for the automation system. The superspy – own mobile solution of First BIT which specialists of integrator installed on mobile devices on the platform Android of sales representatives and supervisors. As a management system for mobile devices (MDM) the solution for protection of corporate information of KNOX is used.
At the first stage of the project complete transition to the automated sales at head office of the company in the city of Almaty was performed, on its implementation two months were required.
Result
Seamless integration with the 1C: Trade Management program which is used by "Maslo-Delom" as the accounting system allowed to make the automation system the convenient instrument of remote control of work of outlets and data collection for stationary offices. Implementation of a SFA system promoted gain of control over work of sales representatives of the company and accelerated order processing.
Development Plans
At the second stage "The First BIT" is going to standardize the reporting in 20 regional branches of Maslo-Del company with the consolidated reporting system.
I consider the Key factor of success both active joint work over the project, and change of internal processes of the company. Gain of control of work of sales representatives increased order amounts by 12%. Order processing time was reduced by 50%, at the same time the active subscriber base increased".
