Fogsoft implemented ETP selling oil products for "Optima of Group"

In January, 2016 the Fogsoft company completed implementation of electronic marketplace selling oil products for the international company "Optima Group". The ETP is brought into commercial operation and is available on the website trade.optimagrupa.net.

"Optima Group" is founded by the Russian company "Zarubezhneft" in Bosnia and Herzegovina. One of the main activities of "Optima of Group" is wholesale of oil products (gasoline and diesel fuel), a liquefied petroleum gas, oven fuel, base oil, esementarny sulfur, road and industrial bitumen, etc. in the territory of Europe. A considerable part of the oil products implemented "by Optima Group" is sold wholesale according to long-term contracts to large enterprises and traders.

"For some groups of products such approach is acceptable, and sometimes and unique — the project manager of Fogsoft Igor Bovin noted. — However for a number of the products made or in a limited number, or being in the seasonal demand, this method of implementation is not always profitable".

It is expected that the ETP created based on the solution "iTender — Sales" will help "to Optima Group" to expand sales markets of products due to sales to small wholesale buyers and retail sellers (gas station) and also clients abroad. At the same time the company will provide a contact to end consumers, passing traders, explained in Fogsoft.

Developers declare information resource availability, a possibility of participation of an unlimited number of potential buyers. On electronic marketplace the only trade procedure — the auction on increase adapted for trade in oil products is used. The feature of such auction is that the price for ton consists of the quotations of Platts on date of shipment plus a margin of the plant. "On ETP participants of an auction bargain for margin value" — Igor Bovin specified.

Thanks to ETP the staff of "Optima of Group" will receive the automated tool which will reduce temporary and labor costs by the organization of sales, will lower "a human factor" at implementation of transactions. The electronic marketplace is multilingual (the Serbian, Croatian, Russian, English languages are supported) and multiple currency (accounting is possible in the Bosnian convertible mark, dollars and euro).

Implementation time of electronic marketplace made six months. "Optima the Group" signed with Fogsoft the expanded agreement of maintenance for all 2016.
