In 2015 the popularity of the DBO modern system for corporate clients of CORREQTS Corporate grew. It was selected by JSC Mercedes-Benz Bank Rus, JSB VPB (Ltd), JSC BANK ROSSIYA, LLC Bank Elita, LLC CB Al bank, JSC MKB DOM-BANK, Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi Yufdzhey (Eurasia) Ltd, CB MKB (LLC), LLC CB INVESTSOTSBANK, Temirbank (Kazakhstan). In JSC SKB-Bank implementation of the CORREQTS platform and the DBO new system for CORREQTS Retail individuals was well under way.
BSS offered bank a full stroke of production, including design, design, development, implementation and support, versions for iOS and Android along with the general functionality and also uniform IT infrastructure for Internet bank and the mobile solution. At a design stage the working group of SKB-Bank and BSS worked in the daily mode over agreed decision on business challenges, design, technical requirements and feasibility. Development of Internet bank and the mobile solution with the increased performance indicators became a result of process.
In March, 2016 mobile application became well retail clients of SKB-Bank. Now BSS and SKB-Bank continue to develop remote channels for retail clients based on Correqts Retail.
According to Alexey Seryogin, the head of department of sales of BSS, voice technologies became in the banking sector growth point. Being the least automated part of business, in the next 2-3 years voice solutions, according to him, will make break. Already now the main directions of development are visible: voice IVR, voice consultant, services of self-service, voice biometrics, voice bank. BSS separates this vision and actively joined in implementation of voice technologies to remote canals, Seryogin specified.
So, a new system for retail clients of Correqts Retail v. 3.3 uses advanced technologies of the Swiss company Spitch, and BSS is a sole distributor of Spitch in the territory of the CIS. The pilot project in large telecommunication company showed efficiency of voice Spitch technologies at customer interaction that allows to increase their loyalty and to reduce costs at service, the representative of BSS said.
