In "Ufa Instrument-Making Production Association" 1C: ERP 2.0 is implemented

RT-Inform automated in 2015 procurement management in JSC Ufa Instrument-Making Production Association that allowed to reduce logistic costs and to optimize business processes at the enterprise. According to specialists of RT-Inform, in 2016 about 20 more enterprises of State Corporation Rostec will be able to take advantage of domestic solution 1C: ERP 2.0.

JSC Ufa Instrument-Making Production Association (JSC UPPO) is the multi-profile enterprise of the instrument-making industry, one of the largest enterprises of aviation instrument making in Russia and the CIS which is a part of JSC Concern Radioelektronnye Tekhnologii (State Corporation Rostec).

All works were carried out by the center of IT competence of Rostec – RT-Inform company based on 1C: ERP 2.0. Within the project of automation of manufacturing enterprise there was a task of creation of the unified information system based on the solution 1C:ERP satisfying the growing needs for development of the enterprise and automation of purchasing activity.

At the enterprise the control block by purchases in integration from historically used CIS Leader is brought into trial operation that allowed to create a common information space for all divisions of the company involved in purchasing process, to regulate and unify the executed functions, to have an opportunity of operational management of purchases and to provide transparency and reliability to management processes.

"A new system optimizes a procurement procedure, – the first deputy chief executive of JSC UPPO Ilya Pupin notes. – Since the moment of emergence of requirement for production, we have an opportunity to estimate options of purchase of products on supply sources taking into account the last prices and also to determine exact terms of delivery performance. – An ERP system allows to register quickly all changes happening to purchase in the course of its accomplishment – from registration of purchase orders before arrival of Inventories on the central warehouse".
