December 16, 2015. The Printvey printing house announced implementation of the CRM system "Click. The polygraphy" which allows to conduct the complete history of relationship with partners, to organize sales process and to provide clients with the high level of service.
Choosing a Solution
For maintaining history of relationship with partners in the structured type and for reduction of risk of loss of clients on an origin of failures on production, the company management made the decision to implement the CRM system. Among a large number of cloud and local solutions, Printvey stopped the choice on an industry configuration of desktop CRM based on the Klient-Communicator platform (Cliques).
