On December 17, 2015 the network of Lenta hypermarkets announced expansion of the contract for IT service with ALP Group company.
Tasks and course of the project
The customer company was faced by a task to remove a flow of routine tasks from own technicians:
- technical support of jobs
- installation and software configuration
- replacement of the equipment
During the project the IT outsourcing zone at customer company was expanded.
our company actively develops — the number of our shops across all Russia constantly grows. Respectively, the volume of both strategic, and purely operational routine tasks increases. At the same time we are faced the need of change and process optimization of support of information systems and their users. Being one of the most effective product retailers in Russia, we with special care approach planning of the budget. Attraction of external resources (where it is economically proved), allows to solve the problems facing us most effectively. So, as a result of work with ALP Group we could release about 20% of own resources and direct them to support of the new systems and project activities.
Selecting the IT partner, we estimate professionalism and personal qualities of his employees, efficiency of response to requests of our technical specialists and ordinary users and also presence of the partner in regions, key for Tape, and, of course, cost of services. |
Project implementation results
The zone of IT outsourcing covers capital office and network of 28 supermarkets in the Moscow region and St. Petersburg. Specialists of ALP Group perform basic technical support of an automated workplace of users and support of office equipment. The difficult tasks requiring profound knowledge of internal processes of customer company are transferred to profile specialists of Tape.
