The retail network "Dionysus" became the user of QlikView

The retail chain stores of Dionis (Resttreyd LLC) are provided by 15 shops in Polotsk, Novopolotsk and Brest, with staff more than 1500 people. The company works in trade in food products 20 years. Development plans for network, continued quality improvement of service and expansion of the range were led by company management to a thought of implementation of the modern tool on consolidation and data analysis.

Having carried out market monitoring, a choice was made for benefit of the platform of a business intelligence QlikView, with reputation among retail chain stores in Belarus. A system processes requests in RAM that does the speed of creation of analytical reports incredibly fast. As integrator the official partner of QlikView developer was selected from Belarus – A2 Consulting company.

The implementation project started in January, 2016, purchase of licenses of a product is carried out and there is a preproject inspection. The accounting system of 1C Enterprise 8 and cash Set Retail softwares were data sources. QlikView is completely compatible to diverse data sources that excludes loss of information at transfer. A system has the built-in associative model and the intuitive interface that helps the end user to see a reliable picture of life activity of business.

Within an implementation project the team of consultants of A2 Consulting will develop the application according to the analysis of sales and stocks which will allow management to optimize the range, to manage a goods turnover, and will give to category managers the broad picture about a status a remaining balance and prospects of these or those sku. Also the application according to the analysis of checks which will help department of marketing to create actions will be developed, to manage the loyalty program, to analyze joint purchases in the check and many other things.
