The Regional Information and Analytical System (RIAS) is included in "The unified register of the Russian programs for electronic computers and databases".

The "End-to-end Medical Information Systems" company (K-MIS) announced at the beginning of 2016 release of "Regional Information and Analytical System" (RIAS) based on the platform of a business intelligence Prognoz Platform developed by Prognoz company.

The software product of K-MIS company is the tool for the centralized collecting, analytical processing and visual representation of the different information characterizing work of a regional health care system.

Application of a system in the region allows to create the data warehouse on indicators of system operation of health care of the subject of the Russian Federation and to provide to heads of the region, chief specialists and other authorized users the convenient and evident analytical reporting. A system is entirely the domestic software product which work does not require the commercial software of foreign production.

As software environment for system development, report settings and visualization the domestic Prognoz Platform BI platform – development of Prognoz company is used. At the same time in design time and developments of RIAS the K-MIS company conducted a research of the market of BI platforms and selected Prognoz Platform as the best solution conforming to all imposed requirements – such as functional it was ripened, support of requirements of import substitution, a possibility of embedding in application solutions, etc.

The loaded data undergo processing and on their basis the reports, statistic reports allowing to gain an evident impression about system operation of health care including its resource providing, indicators of health of the population, data on availability and quality of the provided medical care form. RIAS allows to implement "The Automated Workplace of the Head of the Region" service - access to analytics from any computers and tablets. A system has the Certificate on state registration of the computer program No. 2016619713 granted by Federal Service for Intellectual Property on August 26, 2016.
