On March 13, 2017 the Akado-Ekaterinburg company announced assurance of communication services provision for the city administration.

Within the contract of Administration of Yekaterinburg provided unlimited Internet access at a speed of 500 Mbit/sec.

Including, it is kindergartens, schools and hospitals where we connect different telecommunication services, including high-speed Internet access with the Secure access function, cloud video surveillance and telephony. The victory in the tender became logical continuation of cooperation with state bodies and budget municipal authorities. 2016: Video surveillance

Since August, 2016 within the Safe area project and under the agreement with management company the provider installed over 100 video cameras in elevators of apartment houses of the Southwest district of Yekaterinburg. The number of cameras can be until the end of the year increased according to the solution of residents of the area.

Earlier cameras in the yards of apartment houses of Uralmash, Elmash, Academic were connected to a video surveillance system. In addition, a system equips the enterprises of small and medium business, municipal and private social authorities (kindergartens, clinics, etc.) in different districts of the city.

Records from surveillance cameras in elevators, to similarly other cameras of a video surveillance system of Akado-Ekaterinburg, are stored in "cloud" of provider and are available to downloading and viewing at any time. The company used cameras of dome type, having applied the anti-vandal system of installation: the camera is passed through a special opening in a roof of the elevator and fastens to it from the mine. Thus, it cannot simply be removed.

Support to the project was given by the deputy of the Ekaterinburg City Council Nikolay Smirnyagin. "Planning this project, we were guided by two main goals. First, inhabitants should not pay kopeks for operation of video cameras. Secondly, coming into the elevator, they should feel safe. In other words, the project should work really", – he told, having added that existence of video cameras in elevators really did not lead to value addition of utilities, and the number of crimes in the area was reduced. For example, in August law enforcement agencies using cameras could solve several crimes and install the persons involved in a number of acts of vandalism in elevators for taking measures to their search.

Further development of a system – increase in number of cameras in elevators of apartment houses of the Southwest area depends on readiness for it of inhabitants who can resolve an issue by vote.

2015: Video surveillance

On December 21, 2015 the AKADO group announced plans of multiple increase in quantity of means of video surveillance in the territory of the city of Yekaterinburg. As the press service of integrator stated, in work the equipment of all lineup can be used.

Project Plans

According to the commercial director of Akado-Ekaterinburg company Ilya Vasketsov, in the traditional systems of video registration capacity on number of cameras is usually limited to the capacity of the registrar, for example, 16 channels – upgrade gives the chance to the telecom operator to connect unlimited number of cameras. AKADO Telecom can control and effectively distribute load of a video surveillance system, work with the managed cameras and use function of simultaneous viewing the picture from several cameras - to 40 cameras - in real time.

According to the company integrator, distribution of services of video surveillance in Yekaterinburg will promote increase in level of public security: information from cameras is used in the work by law enforcement agencies.
