DynAMo Alarm and Operations Management

DynAMo Alarm and Operations Management is a program and algorithmic complex for management of signallings of an APCS and production processes of shop level.

DynAMo combines opportunities and functionality of software of monitoring of signallings and control software production processes. With its use reliability of production by means of the high level of industrial security, readiness of technology equipment, compliance to regulatory requirements increases. The solution represents the single unified platform and user environment for implementation of the various functions providing reliability of production.

 On December 2, 2015 the Honeywell company submitted the software of DynAMo Alarm and Operations Management. It is focused on support of the enterprises of the processing industries regarding effective management of signaling systems and managements in an APCS of level of workshop.

The solution is scaled and gives the chance to begin with a simple packet of management of signallings or the electronic journal of the senior operator, with consecutive accumulation of functionality as a result to receive the full-scale solution for ensuring reliability of production at the level of workshop, process system, repartition, section.

The extensive park of the existing DynAMo systems of the previous versions  —  on more than 750  objects worldwide  — shows more than 2500 high level of confidence of customers to this product having a set of the advantages to fast payback of capital investments checked in practice. Implementation of it the solution allows to reduce the number of operations of signallings by 80 percent and to reduce search time by 60 percent and root cause analysis in comparison with traditional approaches. It also promotes performance improvement of technology objects for 8% and to reduction of energy consumption for 5%; at the same time the payback period of this solution does not exceed three months. DynAMo represents one of the technologies ready to integration with industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). Access to DynAMo is possible using mobile application of Honeywell Pulse by means of which users can control critical signals or events far off.

By software of DynAMo it is not attached to any one system provider of management – it compatibly to an APCS of any producers, being addition to distributed control system of Honeywell.

DynAMo  is the unified and scalable solution of different tasks of management of signallings and production processes on any object.

As a part of the complete version of function:

• calculation of the key performance indicators (KPI) of signaling systems of a technology object according to international standards,
• databases of signallings of technology objects in enterprise scales,
• the operator reference on signallings integrated with the operator system interface of management of a technology object
• monitors of possible deviations from normal technology
• databases of technology limits and borders,
• intellectual electronic journals for security of processes of transfer of changes.

Functions are integrated among themselves for ensuring production efficiency. The software solution considerably simplifies access for authorized workers to information as directly in operator or dispatching, and out of it.
