2017: Release of version 8.0

On October 5, 2017 the Acronis company provided release of software of Access Advanced 8.0.

In this version the functions increasing reliability of data protection according to requirements of the legislation and corporate procedures for the maximum convenience of sharing of data are added. Opportunities for work with Microsoft Office Online became available:

• simultaneous editing documents by several users,
• use of the enclosed folders with the configured access levels,
• support the politician of management of mobile applications (MOTHERS) in Microsoft Intune without registration in Intune MDM,
• management of applications in Intune with any MDM solution
• creation of ZIP archives directly in applications for iOS.

Acronis Access Advanced is technology for the companies which care for safety of the data and aim at increase in efficiency.

2016: Release of version 7.2

The Acronis company, the developer of solutions for data protection, announced an exit of Acronis Access Advanced 7.2 — the version of a product for remote access, synchronization and file sharing for mobile devices and the PC, specially intended for large corporations. Upgraded version of Access Advanced provides to IT department full control over information, ensures safety and confidentiality of data, conforms to corporate standards and also allows employees to use the personal mobile devices and other devices (Bring Your Own Device) in work. End users can easily get secure access to the corporate servers, file storages and data management systems located on any carriers, locally or far off and also to place in the general access files for colleagues, clients, partners and suppliers.

For increased security and confidentiality of users a system is integrated with the service of management of mobile applications of Microsoft Intune giving to users ample opportunities on work with mobile devices, applications and the PC.

According to developers, Acronis Access Advanced conforms to strict requirements for management, security and confidentiality thanks to an expanded system the politician and to means of local data storage. The solution promotes performance improvement of employees and simplifies process of interaction at the expense of opportunities of synchronization and file sharing in scales of the large company. Access Advanced provides quick and secure access to files and documents from mobile devices, allowing to react almost instantly to customer needs, declared in Acronis.

In the whole Acronis Access Advanced of version 7.2 offers users following features:

• expanded support for data warehouses — the built-in support of data management systems, such as Alfresco, EMC Documentum, and other sources of content meeting the requirements of CMIS (Content Management Integration System) opens for employees access to the stored data;
• integration into Microsoft Intune Mobile Access Management (MAM) — provides to IT administrators an opportunity to manage easily deployment of Acronis Access Advanced and using new features of MAM of service Microsoft Intune to apply the policy of management to the increased data protection on mobile devices;
• the updated application for iOS — the application which is specially adapted for products of Apple, with the new optimized interface provides convenience of management at the unknown level;
