Rostelecom presented dispatching system of sanitary motor transport

Within participation in the First regional Medical Forum, taking place in Tver on January 22, 2015, Rostelecom presented the project on implementation of the unified software solution for scheduling of sanitary motor transport ("The unified solution SMP") in three medical institutions of the Tver region of Kuvshinovsky central district hospital, Likhoslavlsky central district hospital and the Torzhok central district hospital. The company conducts works on implementation of the unified solution on the basis of the government contract concluded with the Ministry of Health of the Tver region.

"Today "The unified solution SMP" equips 19 units of ambulance, we provided training of staff of the stations of ambulance - the senior paramedics, managers of a call and acceptance of the direction and also ambulance crews. Each crew is equipped with tablets with access to the card of a call, – the head of Department of applied projects of Macroregional branch "Centre" of Rostelecom company Pyotr Prozument explains. – The paramedic on a call by means of the tablet fills out the map of the patient, and the manager obtains in real time information and defines an algorithm of the subsequent actions of medical staff".

Main objective of implementation of a new system – reduction of receptive period of a call, reduction of arrival time to the place and as a result – decrease in level of disability and death rate among the population. It is reached, in particular, due to process automation of acceptance and distribution of calls: a system automatically offers the ambulance crew, closest to the place of a call, builds the shortest route of journey to the place of a call, if necessary allows to hold an audio-video conference session with crew.

Within project implementation step-by-step training in work with the unified solution of staff of the stations of ambulance at places is provided.

A system also gives the chance to watch in real time all indicators of work of services of ambulance and to prepare the official reporting with high extent of visualization.

"Dispatching system of SMP is a new stage of development of sanitary medical care in the region.
