Borlas of IBR

In January, 2016 the Borlas group reported that the new company - "Integration Bank Solutions" was its part. The company is present at the market more than eight years and specializes in business process automation of financial institutions on the basis of software products of own development.

Develops "Integration Bank Solutions" and implements systems for complex automation of money transfers and payments, the front office for retail banking, processes of budgeting and document flow. The main direction are the payment systems and services implemented based on software platforms of RetailHome, ServiceWire and SmartFlow. Among clients there are DHL companies, Plus-Bank, Sviaz-Bank, Comepay payment system.

As a part of Borlas "Integration Bank Solutions" will work under the Borlas of IBR brand. In 2015 the company changed the name for "Borlas of IBR" in connection with accession to Borlas.

Conditions of accession are not disclosed. According to Contour-Focus base, 50% in authorized capital belong to the initial founder of "Integration Bank Solutions" -to Alexander Dorokhov. The president of Borlas Alexey Ananyin owns a share of 17% in authorized capital of "Borlas of IBR".Dmitry Korotkov was appointed the CEO of "Borlas of IBR".

Continuing to work in the segment of the market, the command of "Integration Bank Solutions" will be able to rely on infrastructure and the Borlasa resources. In turn, with their help we will be able to enter already developed highly competitive market that in the traditional way would be very difficult to be made, - the president of Borlas Alexey Ananyin says.

The new market is meant as development of customized applications, explained TAdviser in Borlas. In the financial sector Borlas had projects and earlier, but they were connected with business applications – their implementation and support. With the advent of "Borlas of IBR" the product portfolio of group for the financial sector will significantly extend, added to Borlas.

Dmitry Korotkov notes that in a format of the new company the Integration Bank Solutions command will continue to work with the acting clients and is going to develop more actively products and services and to increase the customer base.
