AstroSoft of EasyLy

The AstroSoft company developed the EasyLy application which simplifies and accelerates work of users in Skype for business (till 2015 – Microsoft Lync) at the expense of the optimized interface and advanced functionality. EasyLy is the corporate product intended, first of all, for the companies of medium and large business.

EasyLy is positioned as the personal assistant to the user. Developers AstroSoft tried to simplify as much as possible work with the Skype program for business for the solution of routine tasks: viewing contact list, message exchange, commission of audio-and video calls, holding of conferences, organization of the calendar and schedule. Contacts are provided to EasyLy as a tile and distributed on all screen that allows to find quickly the necessary employee and is instant to contact it. Users of the application can also create contact blocks for sending instant block messages and the organization of audio-and video conferences.

Except simplification of work of the user, the EasyLy application expands functionality of Skype for business. For example, EasyLy stores all of the history of correspondence in each conversation, unlike the standard client of Skype for business. Developers AstroSoft implemented integration of EasyLy into the calendar of Exchange. Now, at guidance of the cursor on contact, the user sees the schedule of the colleague per day. If the colleague not or is employed in network, EasyLy will notify on its exit in online and will remind what needs to be discussed. One more "counter" of EasyLy – an opportunity to send the preset message. Such messages can be set for each contact or the whole division. For example, to the secretary: "Bring, please, coffee", in service of advertizing: "Print, please, business cards", to the system administrator or in IT department: "I have problems with the computer", etc. This function allows to solve working problems quicker.

The EasyLy application is developed in two versions. The version of Lite is available as freeware, it can be downloaded from the website of AstroSoft company. EasyLy Lite, unlike the corporate version, has more modest functionality and works jointly with a standard application Skype for business (both applications are in parallel opened). At the end of 2015 there was a beta of EasyLy Corp: it can also be tested free of charge, having left the request on the website astrosoft.ru.

EasyLy is a convenient tool for fast and simple communication with colleagues, partners and clients. When a few years ago we set at ourselves Lync as a corporate communicator, were convinced of its huge opportunities. But a part of functions was deeply hidden or inconvenient in use, and we began to finish this solution under the tasks: to simplify something, to finish something. As a result EasyLy turned out. AstroSoft one of the Russia's first beginnings to develop IT solutions for corporate communications based on Lync. EasyLy — one of these solutions. We see high potential of Lync, now – Skype for business as platforms for communications. Also we continue works on EasyLy development.
