In "The center of a monitoring system of fishery and communication" "The electronic trade journal" is implemented

Globus-Telecom (subsidiary company of Rostelecom) completed at the end of 2015 the project of automation in Federal State Budgetary Institution Center of a Monitoring System of Fishery and Communication (TsSMS). The company implemented own certified Monastery software product using which the customer exercises monitoring and control of IT resources of the Electronic Trade Journal software and hardware complex.

PTK "Electronic Trade Journal" used in TsSMS has branched architecture of the infocommunication means and services allowing to obtain operational information on production (catch) of water bioresources. An automation project objective – to provide the customer with independent and reliable data about a status hardware and the software of this complex.

During the project processes of control, accounting and service of ICT-means and services of "The electronic trade journal" in a number of the directions were automated. For example, status monitoring of the network and server hardware, the system and application software, communication channels, the server hardware is in real time adjusted.

Besides, activity of technical support service is automated, are provided the centralized automated accounting and updating of information on structure and a configuration of hardware-software resources. Statistics of loading and quality of connections on communication channels are provided in a graphic and text type. The ability to integrate PTK "Electronic Trade Journal" with departmental automated information systems is provided. In general this complex will perform the functions on 11 geographically distributed platforms TsSMS: in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Murmansk, Vladivostok, the Kaliningrad region, Astrakhan, Novorossiysk, St. Petersburg and on three platforms in Moscow.
