In polygraphic company "Promis" the ECM system "1C: Document Flow" is implemented

As the main corporate system in JSC Promis the solution 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management adapted for specifics of accounting at the enterprise which implementation was performed by a project team of 1C specialists is used: April Software in cooperation with IT department of Promis company.

On problem solving, connected taking into account documents, control of performing discipline, 1C specialists were involved: April Software. As a result of studying of requirements of the enterprise the 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP software product was recommended. As use of this system which perfectly proved in the market of Russia allows to achieve considerable results:

• reduce time for search of the necessary information or the document;
• increase the speed of work with documents;
• reduce cases of losses of documents;
• reduce terms of approval of internal documents;
• raise efficiency of interaction of divisions;
• increase performing discipline of employees;
• and what is very important, to reduce operating time with documents of the management and to release time for acceptance of management decisions.

With the help "1C: Document Flow 8 CORP", set in Promis company on 150 jobs, the following tasks were successfully implemented:

• the centralized safe storage location of documents of different formats (office documents, texts, images, audio-and video files, archives, etc.) is created
• online access to documents taking into account user rights is organized;
• collective work of users with a possibility of approval, statement and control of execution of documents is organized (including accounting and approval of agreements);
• business processes of the company, such as consideration, execution, approval, statement, registration are automated;
• process of holding actions is automated;
• maintaining projects, etc. is automated.

For successful mastering and easy start of work in "1C: Document Flow 8 CORP" of several employee groups of JSC Promis were trained on a seminar practical work of 1C: Document Flow 8: automation of accounting of documents, interactions of employees, control and analysis of performing discipline". This practical seminar was developed by the staff of 1C: April Software taking into account real experience of implementation that allowed listeners not only in details to understand opportunities of the standard 1C software product, but also to understand how to automate these or those specific tasks of the enterprise.
