AT Consulting East: Smart-Set Hunting

The resident of the Novosibirsk Academpark the company "AT Consulting the East" developed the Smart-Set Hunting system which automates processes of issue of hunting tickets in 2015. The company implemented the development in Primorye, Zabaykalsky Krai, the Tomsk, Novgorod and Murmansk regions.

It is possible to submit the application for obtaining the ticket via the portal of state services. Data get to the Smart-Set Hunting system with which specialists of the department regulating protection of fauna work. In a personal account on the portal it is possible to keep track of the status of the statement, and the answer with the positive solution or motivated failure comes to e-mail.

In turn a system optimizes work of authorities. When processing statements interdepartmental requests – in particular a request in the Ministry of Internal Affairs for existence of the outstanding or not removed criminal record automatically form. Thus, government employees quickly obtain information on the applicant necessary for decision-making. It is reached by deep integration of "Smart-Set Hunting" with the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction (SIEI). As a result process of consideration of the applications considerably became simpler.

The system of filters allows to be guided easily in data, and notifications on the made decisions form in the automated mode. The special module of creation of reports gives the chance to instantly receive statistics of the arrived statements and the issued tickets for any time frame.

In the long term implementation of new system modules which will even more simplify regulation of hunting in regions is necessary. In particular, processes of issue of permissions to production, contents and cultivation of okhotresurs will be automated.
