The portal of state services of Murmansk region is started in work

The functionality developed by AT Consulting provides convenient access to all sections of the website. Services are categorized also to departments and intended to both physical, and legal entities. End-to-end "smart" search in the portal is developed, and the ergonomic design is executed according to brendbuky Murmansk region — the visual elements symbolizing the North nature are added.

On the 51gosuslugi.ru portal inhabitants of the region can write the child in kindergarten, send the request for receiving privileges and payments, to submit the registration application of defects and many other things. For legal entities the opportunity of obtaining different licenses — for example, on the right of conducting medical activity or management of apartment houses is given.

"Our portal is designed to facilitate a task in search of state services, to save time of residents of Murmansk region. Eventually availability and convenience in use of different services allows to improve quality of life of people" — Lapin Timur, the Chairman of the Committee on information technology development and communication of Murmansk region says.

During the AT Consulting project created a back-end a system which supports work of the portal and information exchange using an integration bus. Based on a system interaction with information resources of regional state institutions which render services is implemented. The solution is also integrated with the federal portal and the register of state services of Russia, a monitoring system of quality of state services, a unified identification and authentication system (Unified identification and authentication system).

"The new portal is a uniform source of information on state services in the region and the convenient mechanism of their receiving. The design and navigation allow to be guided quickly on the website, it is easy to find the necessary section" — Stepan Popov, the head of department of formation of the electronic government of Committee on information technology development and communication of Murmansk region told.

The region can independently administer a system and not depend on federal information resources. Control of the portal is exercised by means of the friendly user interface and without attraction of difficult technical means. The stack of different software products based on the free software provides flexibility of a system.

"In partnership with Rostelecom company we created three full solutions: public portal, system of design and process management of rendering services and also integration bus designer. Such complex approach is the key to the fact that the customer at the exit has a qualitative product, both in the technology roadmap, and in terms of a social task of promoting of state services in electronic form", – Evgeny Goncharov, the director of Northwest branch of AT Consulting company emphasized.
