QTECH completed the project on system implementation the smart home in one of condominium of. Dzerzhinsky of the Moscow region

QTECH company together with the partner – Areskon LLC completed at the end of 2015 the project on implementation of an automated system of scheduling of utilities and energy resources for Na Lesnoy Condominium of. Dzerzhinsky of the Moscow region. A system is constructed on the intelligent solution the smart home developed by QTECH company.

The solution proposed by QTECH is constructed by the principle of exchange of telemetered informations between devices at the hardware level and represents the automated system of collection of information consisting of the non-volatile impulse meters and collecting devices and data transmission broadcasting them on the server under the "economic" bit protocol.

Within implementation of this project the difficult network architecture providing remote regulation and control of consumption of utilities of the 1000-apartment house was unrolled. Engineers of QTECH company developed and implemented the necessary equipment, created the exchange protocol with the server of data collection.

Thanks to the solution QTECH, the operator of commercial accounting of utility resources in retail market - the Areskon company, had new opportunities for expansion of a control system of the housing and communal services given before management and payments. To the project orderer – "To self-supporting construction and technology company "PHOBOS" the developed system will allow to lower considerably costs for accounting of data and management of relationship with homeowners. The installed system of scheduling has integration into program 1C that allows accounting of management company to make quickly charges for housing and communal services on the basis of the reliable data obtained from metering devices and also to issue receipts of MO of a sample set by the legislation.

Let's remind that according to the Federal law of 7/21/2014 No. 209-FZ since July 1, 2016 all management companies, the condominium, the resource supplying organizations, authorities will be obliged to place on the portal of the State information system of housing and communal services all information on housing and utilities, a status of housing stock, about objects of utility and engineering infrastructure, about carrying out overhaul and other data. For this purpose they need to organize work on accounting and regulation of resources and payments in electronic form to this term.

For the end user the developed automated system of accounting has the advantages: the automated expense control on electricity, water supply, heat supply, gas supply; control of leakages, unauthorized access, smoke; control of natural and artificial lighting; presence control; control of the movement; control of a zashumlennost; remote control resources. Expanded functionality for end consumers and the organizations well when installing additional devices of the QTECH brand.

The line of smart products of QTECH integrates the impulse meters intended for accounting of consumption of energy resources with the subsequent information transfer on the data processing server; controllers of counters and USB controllers of counters - the universal solution for automation of accounting and monitoring of the consumed resources, data on which arrive on a radio signal from impulse meters. For creation of a data network Ethernet switches of the QSW 2800 series and QBR-1041WU routers are used.
