As "East electric networks" organized command center networks

On December 26, 2015 it became known of start of the command center networks (CCN) of PJSC MOESK branch — "East electric networks". Integrator of the project of the videowall the Polymedia Polymedia company^[1].

Project Objectives

Creation of CCN of VES is carried out within the program of PJSC MOESK "Development and reliability augmentation of a system of operational and technology management of an electric grid of 35-220 kV".

Project Progress

As the modules making the videowall Flame displays are used. The size of each display — 55 inches, permission — 1920 on 1080 pixels.

For consolidation of displays in a common information space and managements of visualization on the videowall, engineers of the company applied own development — the Polywаll-5000 controller with a powerful hardware platform and intuitive software. The controller helps to visualize and manage a video information in a continuous duty, to perform a multichannel Full broadcast of HD video with update rate to 60 frames in sec. with a color rendition 32 bits, has automatic switching to the reserve controller in case of failures in supply of electricity.

For stable continuous work of all system the reserve power capability is provided.

During creation of CCN of VES technologies of management of networks, digital monitoring and information display are used.

Project Results

The center consists of operational and information complex of the manager and a display system of information. The display system is intended for information visualization and providing operational management to dispatching personnel of technical capabilities by work of the electric networks.

The installed system of visualization is expected long functioning in a continuous duty. The average term of service makes not less than 10 years on condition of accomplishment of the recommended technical actions for service.

Three automated workplaces for managers of the Noginsk, Kolomna and Shatursky operational areas and one — for the senior manager are provided in CCN.

CCN is located in the 7-storey building of supervisory control of East electric networks — PJSC MOESK branch.
